Service Issues: If there are issues with the service provided that we are unable to resolve to your satisfaction, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.
Project Scope Changes: Refunds will not be issued for changes to the project scope after work has commenced unless agreed upon in writing.
Non-Refundable Services
Completed Work: Once a project or service has been completed to the agreed-upon specifications, refunds are not available.
Materials: Costs for materials that have been purchased or used in the project are non-refundable.
Deposits: Any deposits made to secure services or materials are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.

Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the completion of the service. Provide details of your concerns so we can review your request.
Evaluation: We will evaluate your refund request and may schedule a visit to your property to assess the situation.
Resolution: If a refund is deemed appropriate, we will issue it via the original payment method within 14 days of the decision. In some cases, we may offer alternative solutions, such as redoing the work or providing a credit for future services.
Changes and Cancellations
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Rescheduling: We will work with you to reschedule any services if needed, without any additional charges, provided we receive timely notice.
